About

Hello, is it me you’re looking for?

I am a Toronto based video producer/editor with a passion for all things digital, whose love of film, theatre, music, and technology is reflected through my work. I'm also a vinyl collector, avid podcast listener, vodka martini fan (shaken, not stirred), candy connoisseur, and typeface nerd.

A graduate of Ryerson University's New Media BFA program, I spent six years working alongside a talented group of individuals at Visual Inclination, a Toronto based media studio. Throughout my time at VisInc I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of filmmakers, story-tellers, producers, and brands to help craft unique short-films, television series, and advertisements.

Recently I worked as a Senior Video Producer for TIFF, which is best known for the Toronto International Film Festival, where I create original content, online and out of home advertisements, and programming trailers. I also manage our festival post-production team, as well as produced/directed our online “TIFF Stay-at-Home Cinema” Q&A live-streaming series during the pandemic.

I am the co-host of The Springfield Googolplex, a movie podcast for Simpsons fans, that I make with my friend Nate Storring. Each episode, we talk about a movie parodied on The Simpsons; maybe it was The Simpsons that introduced us to the film, or maybe when we finally saw it we realized, “Hey! That’s where that Simpsons joke comes from”. Regardless, we pick one that at least one of us hasn’t seen (or hasn’t seen in a while), watch it, and come together to discuss.

I was the co-creator of Garnish, a unique cocktails recipe website and iPhone App that combines macro videography with some of the best drinks recipes out there. It was even featured by Apple in the iTunes App Store's Best New Apps; Food and Drink category.

I can also do the moonwalk, so long as my shoes are slippy enough...

I'm always looking for new and interesting projects, and would love to help you bring your next film, documentary, advertisement, or podcast to life.
